So if you want to return an item, the item must meet the following conditions to be eligible for an exchange or a return.

- The item must never have been used or washed.
- The item must be new and ready for resale.

- Purolator Standard: 3 to 7 business days, including in-store processing times.
- Purolator Express: 2-3 business days, including in-store processing times.
- Recover by yourself: You can pick up your items at our Repentigny branch.

Shipping pricing is based on the size of the item, its weight, the type of delivery and your address.
