Online Purchase Policies – Bulzai Golf

1. Return and Exchange Policy (50 Days)

At Bulzai Golf, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a return and exchange policy valid for 50 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

• be in its original packaging, with all accessories

• be new, unused, and unwashed

• be in resalable condition

• be accompanied by the invoice, packing slip, or order confirmation email

Certain selected products may also benefit from a 30-Day Trial Offer, which constitutes an exception to this standard return policy and is subject to specific conditions.

2. Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

The following items are excluded from the return and exchange policy:

• adjusted or modified clubs (length, lie, loft, shaft, grip)

• installed grips

• personalized or custom-made products

• opened golf balls

• worn or used gloves or apparel

• final sale or clearance items

Bulzai Golf reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.

3. Defective Products

If an item has a manufacturing defect, Bulzai Golf will provide a replacement at no cost.

Return and reshipping costs will be covered by Bulzai Golf. The product will be replaced with an identical or equivalent item, subject to availability.

4. 30-Day Trial Offer – Selected Products

At Bulzai Golf, certain golf clubs identified as eligible may benefit from a 30-Day Trial Offer, allowing customers to test the equipment under real playing conditions.

Eligible Products

The 30-Day Trial Offer applies only to the following products when clearly identified as eligible:

• iron sets

• utility irons

• hybrids

• fairway woods

• drivers

The following are excluded from the 30-Day Trial Offer:

• beginner sets or package sets

• wedges

• putters

• adjusted, modified, or custom-built clubs

• final sale or clearance items

Trial Conditions

The product may be used under normal playing conditions, including on the course and at the driving range, for a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt.

To qualify:

• the product must have been used in a normal and reasonable manner

• the product must not be damaged, altered, abused, or show excessive wear

• the product must be returned in a condition allowing resale

Products that are damaged or not suitable for resale will not qualify under this offer.

Return Procedure

If the product does not meet expectations, the customer must:

• submit a return request within 30 days

• contact Bulzai Golf customer service or submit the request through their customer account

• return the product at their own expense to Bulzai Golf

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Terms

Under the 30-Day Trial Offer:

• no monetary refund will be issued

• a refund will be granted in the form of a store credit

• the store credit will be equal to the original purchase price of the returned product

• the store credit may be used toward the purchase of another product at Bulzai Golf

Offer Limitations

• the offer is limited to one (1) use per product

• Bulzai Golf reserves the right to refuse the offer if conditions are not met

• the offer may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice

5. Payment and Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on the Bulzai Golf website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through recognized providers. Bulzai Golf does not store complete credit card information.

Bulzai Golf reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice. In the event of a clear pricing or display error, Bulzai Golf reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

6. Product Availability and Special Orders

Product availability may vary between the time an order is placed and when it is processed.

If a product ordered is unavailable, the customer will be notified promptly. A special order from the supplier may be offered, along with an estimated delivery timeframe. The customer may accept or decline the special order.

Bulzai Golf cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control related to suppliers.

7. Order Processing

Orders are processed during store business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Any order placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on business days will be processed the same day, subject to product availability and payment validation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

A confirmation email will be sent once the order is validated.

Bulzai Golf reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete or inaccurate information, technical issues, or obvious pricing or description errors. In such cases, no charges will be made, or a full refund will be issued.

8. Shipping Policy – Canada

Free standard shipping is offered on orders of $199.99 CAD or more before taxes within Canada.

9. Remote Destinations and International Shipping

Additional fees may apply for certain remote or special destinations.

For shipments outside Canada, actual shipping costs will be calculated and communicated to the customer prior to shipment.

10. Liability During Delivery

Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

Upon receiving the package, the customer must inspect it, keep the packaging, and take photos of the package and contents in case of damage.

Any irregularities must be reported promptly to the carrier and to Bulzai Golf. Damage not reported in a timely manner may not be covered.

11. Limitation of Liability

Bulzai Golf shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, events beyond its control, or improper use of products.

The use of products sold is the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the equipment is appropriate for their level and practice.
