The TaylorMade Spider ZT Max Center Shaft takes the Zero Torque concept to the next level with an oversized ultra-high-MOI mallet engineered to maximize stability and minimize unwanted face rotation. Description

The TaylorMade Spider ZT Max Center Shaft represents the purest expression of TaylorMade's Spider Stability platform.

Compared with the original Spider ZT, the Max uses a larger head and additional perimeter weighting to create even greater resistance to twisting throughout the putting stroke. 

At the heart of the design is a low-density aerospace-grade aluminum body surrounded by four heavy steel and tungsten corner weights. Moving this mass as far away from the centre as possible creates an ultra-high-MOI structure designed to keep the head exceptionally stable. 

The shaft configuration is equally important.

A KBS CT Putter 120 Steel Stepless Black PVD shaft bores directly into the head toe-ward near the centre of gravity. It features 2° of shaft lean and 34mm of onset behind the face, creating the distinctive Toe Up orientation that defines the Spider ZT Max. 

Rather than relying on traditional toe hang, this Zero Torque-inspired architecture is designed to reduce unwanted face rotation and help golfers make a more repeatable stroke with less manipulation of the putter face.

The Standard Spider ZT Max features a 379g head, adding mass and stability compared with the original Spider ZT platform. 

TaylorMade also engineered the sole specifically around this shaft configuration. Subtle camber in the forged aluminum sole plate behind the centre of gravity helps the putter sit flush against the putting surface at address. Three TSS weights provide the final elements needed to optimize swingweight and Toe Up orientation. 

For alignment, TaylorMade introduces Milled True Path™. Precision-milled lines on the topline are spaced exactly to the width of a golf ball, while a central white sightline helps golfers position the ball precisely in the centre of the face. 

At impact, the black Pure Roll™ insert combines Surlyn and aluminum to create a softer feel and controlled sound. Grooves positioned at 45° promote efficient forward roll from the first point of contact. 

The Standard Spider ZT Max is available in 34" and 35" lengths for both right- and left-handed golfers. It features 3.5° of loft, a 70° lie angle and a 379g head weight.

3. Defective Products

If an item has a manufacturing defect, Bulzai Golf will provide a replacement at no cost.

Return and reshipping costs will be covered by Bulzai Golf. The product will be replaced with an identical or equivalent item, subject to availability.

  • the product must be returned in a condition allowing resale

Products that are damaged or not suitable for resale will not qualify under this offer.

Return Procedure

If the product does not meet expectations, the customer must:

  • submit a return request within 30 days
